Power DJ Equipment offers pro-audio and DJ equipment (including speakers, amplifiers, mixers, subwoofers, DJ controllers, microphones, and accessories) for sale in Canada and the USA. All listings are subject to availability and may be modified or removed at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default; USD pricing may be available for U.S. buyers.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options such as Shop Pay, Affirm, and Afterpay (eligibility and terms determined by each provider).
- Taxes and applicable shipping charges are added at checkout unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping & Pickup
We offer local pickup at our Brampton, Ontario location and shipping to both Canada and the United States.
Please Note: This item ships from Canada. While there are no customs duties or additional fees for Canadian buyers, U.S. buyers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs that may apply based on the item’s country of origin.
For clarity on potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before purchasing.
4. Returns & Exchanges
At Power DJ Equipment, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we do not offer returns, we are always here to help if something isn’t right.
- Exchanges are offered if an item arrives with an issue or is not as described.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item or a similar item of equal value.
- Items must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, compatibility issues, or accidental damage.
- If something seems off, contact us — we will work with you to make it right.
5. Warranties
New equipment may include a manufacturer warranty where applicable. Any additional warranty offered by Power DJ Equipment will be clearly specified in the listing.
We do not warrant compatibility issues, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
BNPL options offered through Shop Pay, Affirm, and Afterpay are subject to approval and the terms set by each provider. Power DJ Equipment does not control approval decisions, payment schedules, or interest rates. You are responsible for fulfilling your agreement with the BNPL provider.
7. Used, Open-Box & Clearance Items
- All used and open-box equipment is thoroughly tested and verified for performance before sale.
- Cosmetic wear or minor signs of use may be present and will be described in each product listing.
- Items sold “as-is” may not include a manufacturer warranty and are considered final sale, with no returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated in writing by Power DJ Equipment.
8. Privacy & Data
Personal information collected during checkout is used to fulfill your order, provide customer service, and send communications relevant to your purchase. We do not sell or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
